When home remedies like vinegar weren't working and they kept coming back, Karl sprayed around the house as well as inside and the issue was resolved. We had a very active yellow jacket nest on the corner of our porch that cut off access to our front door.  After a failed attempt by another pest control firm, we contacted Envirocare and spoke to Karl.  He came out the same day, assessed the situation, and used two different products to exterminate the nest.  There was no activity in and around the nest within 24 hours. Karl was professional, efficient, answered all of our questions, and offered a 90 day follow up guarantee for additional treatments if any yellow jackets return to the site. Karl provided us with exceptional service.  We had a stubborn ant problem.  It required Karl to return for additional treatments.  He was immediately responsive and said he would return until the problem was resolved.  Thanks to Karl, we now have no more ants!  Karl is knowledgeable, considerate and easy to work with. Been using Karl for several years. He was the only one who was able to get rid of my drain gnat problem in a 100 year old home. Also helped get rid of carpenter ants. Reliable, friendly, affordable. We cannot say enough good things about EnviroCare and Karl. We first had him out when we found a massive carpenter ant nest in our home. I would literally wake up with ants crawling on me in bed! He came out, located the problem right away, and had them gone with one treatment. The next year we discovered some wasps making a home in our siding. Also, one treatment and they were gone. We just had him out again this year because some new carpenter ant nests and a bumble bee hive popped up deeper in our yard. We will continue to hire Envirocare and recommend them. Karl is very knowledgeable, a pleasure to talk to, very fair, and very responsive. I also feel so much better about the organic solutions they use. I contacted several pest control companies. Envirocare was the first to get back with me the next day. He came out and quoted me for my ants and basement spiders. I would pay al.ost anything to get rid of spiders, however Karl was very reasonable with pricing and offered a 90 day warranty. He was very friendly a knowledgeable.  Some places try to upsell even if you don't need it. He didn't do that, which I appreciated. I despise being pressured to buy something that I don't need. He was professional and did a.great job.
